Different. We will be back
Great service/ ice cream. Love it here!
It was interesting how it was made but very good!!All different combination of flavors of ice creams!!!!!!??
Been a few times with friends. Love they're crazy flavors and the atmosphere. Definitely my favorite ice cream place
First time having rolled ice cream and I was blown away- I got the It's not even my birthday (or whatever it's called) with a bubble wrap waffle- caramel sauce topping with a Rice Krispie treat on top... yeah, it was a LOT but each thing was delicious. The waffle... omg... I'm pretty sure I'm ruined for all other ice cream now bec this was my dessert soul mate. Warm, soft, sweet, crispy- with that delicious ice cream... shoot... OH YEAH--And my daughter got the dragons breath- scary but fun! The liquid nitrogen bubbles in the bottom of the dish and it's super cold. The puffs taste like fruity pebbles- quite good- and a neat thing to try. I really wish we didn't live so far!!! Definitely recommend this quaint little gem.
One of the best ice cream places I've ever been to . The environment is so family friendly . I don't have to worry about my kids being uncomfortable . The employees are so polite and respectful.
Came here for the first time a few days ago with my sister and it was empty (then again we came maybe a half hour after it opened), and I have to say that I actually love this place. The staff was really friendly and helpful and I really liked that they show legit passion for the job. They made the place seem fun.
My sister and I shared a dragon's breath while she got the apple cinnamon rolled ice cream and I got the mint Oreo and I have to say... well worth the trip there! The ice cream really cooled down my body from the hot humid weather and the dragon's breath was a fun experience to have. I really like that they also told us how to do it properly.
The only downside was that.... the place is a bit hidden in the little complex that they are located in. Only way I was able to see it easily was to actually walk up to the complex.
I didn't think the taste was anything to write home about but the two young guys were very knowledgeable of what they were selling ! When I tried what one of them recommended it was really good. I like how you can add anything on top !
My daughter and I really liked this place. Walked in not knowing what to expect but the guys behind the counter were so nice and informative it made for a real great experience . Needless to say my daughter had her dragon breath and it was awesome. Keep up the great work.
Cool spot, cool guys, dragon's breath was fun but the strawberry shortcake ice cream we had was THE BEST.
Keep up the good work
Amazing ice cream and amazingly nice people. They stayed open an extra half hour to make my girlfriend's day better after she had a eventful birthday. For that, they have my respect for staying open to accommodate my girlfriend and I, as well as 5 other people after closing on a Sunday. We appreciate their generosity and we will definitely come back another time. :)
This place is so good. It’s got amazing ice cream & it doesn’t get too crowded ????????????????
great place top of the line stuff best place got good shit
Love this place it’s so amazing!!
Good place should try it
I cant wait to go back the ice creams are delicious and a lot of variety. Great place to take the kids!!!
Hands Down the BEST rolled up ice cream! I can not wait until they reopen March 1st. They are currently under renovations. My husband and I absolutely love the place we come here all year round. On warmer days the wait is a little longer, but that's not a problem for us; since we truly apperciate the product. The price point is not bad either. Its 6 dollers for a regular rolled up cup and 7 if you add a warm waffle. Plus they have this nitrogen "Dragon Breathe" I have never tired it but it looks pretty cool. The owner is a nice young man who truly enjoys his trade. He is always there helping out and that's the kind of example the younger employees need. Freezing point is on point! Give it a try!
I Love The Rolled Ice Cream And Can’t Wait to Try The Dragons Breath
This place is pretty cool. Will definitely go again. Location, price and product are on point
Great place to eat. So fun n cute!
Awesome rolled ice cream and other additions as well!! Small seating area and sometimes long lines, but the flavor of the ice cream is always worth the wait.
This place is great!
Whenever I go there's a huge line but they always work through it very quickly. They're always friendly and willing to help with any questions.
Nice flavor combinations. I usually get the matcha ice cream with at strawberries. So good!
The ice cream was yummy and it was fun to watch them make it! I am definitely going back ?
Loved it! Delicious! New! Unique! Large variety! But the very best draw was the folks working there! Totally pleasant and helpful! Was truly an awesome experience! ????????????????????????????????????
I love this place! Awesome staff! I go every weekend!
I the ice cream was much better than I expected and the environment was perfect for kids and teens
Love coming here with the family. Good selection of flavors and toppings. The wait wasn't long this time around, but definitely worth the wait.
I absolutely love this place! In fact, I love it so much, I came back a week later and even a week after that and BROUGHT FRIENDS both times!
They have sooo many options and such a variety! The waffle is the best addition! But I'm giving them 4 stars because all three times that I've gotten the waffle, it's fallen apart. In fact, the second time, not only did they forget my waffle, but when they gave it to me, it looked like they kind of shoved it in a container where more that half the waffle was sticking out. While eating, a piece broke off and fell on the floor, I was so disappointed. I think they really need to reconsider the packaging for those who order ice cream with a waffle.
That still doesn't stop me for ordering it because it compliments liquid nitrogen ice cream VERY well - especially when you get to the bottom of the container and the waffle has been soaked in the ice cream. Although, be mindful of the day AND time you decide to visit because they do run out of things. My last visit there, they ran out of the non-stick spray for the waffle. That definitely did NOT stop me from ordering it anyway! I didn't mind a little burn - adds some flava! lol.
I really love how the portions are so large - its practically shareable (if you care about portion and sugar control). Even though it looks busy and the line is long when you walk in the door - if the line isn't already out the door - it moves pretty quickly especially when you're with good company.
The service here is friendly and the owner is really nice and accommodating - still tried to provide the waffle even though they were out of cooking spray.
I definitely will be returning ever summer - think of it as a new ritual for me - and I'll be bringing friends every time!
Until next time,
\/ ~~~Have a sweet day
My kids were bragging the entire summer that when we finally got here they'd definitely try either the liquid nitrogen or Dragon's Breath. As we pulled into the parking lot some young gals were walking out with Dragon's Breath which looked like the classic "evil scientist doing evil experiments" with all that smoke coming off of their ice cream and my kids freaked out.
So they went with the rolled ice cream (while the Mrs. went with the liquid nitrogen) and lemme tell you: their ice cream is delicious. They have 16 flavor combos - more than a few having Oreos in the mix (which is always a wise move when it comes to frozen treats).
After you order there's a bit of the "Benihana" going on with a show behind the glass of the guys chopping and cutting and making a show of them preparing your goodies.
Your wallet is going to take a hit but the portion is big and everyone left satisfied. (And my kids now want Freezing Point to cater their next birthday party!)
Ice cream was really good. The only thing I felt was the place was not clean or organized, I understand on a busy day you can't really cleanup after yourself, but on a not so busy day that place should look clean.. Employees are very friendly I must say, it's definitely a cool spot. Took off a star for cleanliness.. Besides that everything was perfect.
It's about to go down

The first time I've ever tried this place was with a friend of mine and I've been craving it ever since. The ice cream is so good and the owner is so outgoing and friendly. Such good company. I'll deff be stopping by again soon. - Lisa from Apple Bees !
amazing rolled ice cream
This concept with the rolled ice cream is becoming more popular and it's pretty cool. I like how they mix and chop all your toppings similar to cold stone so the ice cream has great flavor and they have different combinations.
Best ice cream I've ever had! I get the vanilla with the chocolate fudge brownie bits swirled into it with liquid nitrogen. The nitrogen helped my ice cream stay cold longer. Definitely worth the amount I spent.
Absolutely delicious and so much fun
Really good stuff. 2nd time there in a 2 week span... Tried it with liquid nitrogen and tried it rolled and both were PHENOMENAL!!! Staff are EXTREMELY helpful and polite. You don't see that very much anymore. Always packed but that's because how good this stuff is.
The experience was what we went for. It was our first time. We waited 15 minutes total ( watching the guys rolling ice cream) and got the rolled ice cream obviously. $6 for a small cup and toppings. We got vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and rainbow sprinkles..... and.....coco something which was "coconutty" with chocolate chips. We loved them both. Will definitely be going back.
Awesome place to go. Employees are friendly and funny. Always willing to give you a good suggestion. Will be visiting quite often!!!!
Apparently two major desserts that are trending right now are rolled ice cream and "Dragon's Breath". My daughter and niece were dying to try them so I found our nearest ice cream shop that had them both and made it happen...what can I say...I love to make them happy :)
The rolled ice cream is definitely a different and unique way of eating ice cream. There's even an art to how the ice cream is rolled!!! It's starts with a liquid base (the flavor of your choice) and added flavors (oreos, chocolate chips, fruit, etc) over a freezing metal top. It's chopped and mixed together until a creamy texture is created. Then, it's thinly spread out and rolled out into tight cylindrical tubes. Lastly, its topped with various toppings and/or syrups, custom to your liking. As you can see, it's a process so there will be a wait (I waited 20 minutes which wasn't bad at all). I thought it was cool being able to see the process and it was fun for my girls to be able to watch and record for their followers LOL The ice cream was rich and flavorful...however, I wasn't really a fan of the texture.
We then had Dragon's Breath Dessert which is venti-sized cup filled with colorful cereal puffs that taste kind of like Fruit Loops. Liquid nitrogen is poured all over the cereal, freezing it and creating a fog that has you looking like Puff the Magic Dragon LOL The girls had a lot of fun with this dessert as they recorded every second of it...I personally wouldn't order this again as I'm not a huge fan of Fruit Loops and could do without the fake smoke...however, I totally get why this is a big seller among kids and teens.
Some pointers to eating this dessert:
- For starters, don't try to drink the liquid nitrogen!!
- Only put a few pieces of cereal in your mouth at a time
- Do not put it directly on your tongue, you will get frost bite...I learned the cold, hard way LOL
- Eat and watch the smoke come out of your mouth and nose
- You must be or have someone that's 18 and over to order this!!
***Don't forget to use your yelp check in offer for free toppings!! ***
Side note: Technically I give this place 3.5 Stars but it didn't seem fair to give them 3 Stars :)
I personally love this place the icecream is always fresh. My kids enjoy watching them make the icecream and customizing there own icecream.
Really great quality ice cream, the "skinny one" as he is known hooked up my strawberry to look like a rose! Plus the other worker drowned my #8 with Nutella! Soooooo good!
My first time here and the rolled ice cream was great ! (And fairly priced !) The decorations were very cute and well put together. As a daughter of a former food industry business owner I definitely like to give credit when it's due. I think they have done an amazing job with everything they have so far . My son who absolutely loves Oreos and vanilla ice cream loved his! I will definitely be back to try different flavors and to also try the dragons breath.
The best ice cream shop around really nice workers. Me and my family really love this place.
BEST ice cream I ever had!!! Very nice staff!!
Not a bad spot. The chocolate was nice and rich compared to other locations. There's plenty of parking as well...Will come again.
This place is fantastic!! The ice cream is amazing, it's not that expensive and they give you a lot. The Cookie Monster and the Nutty Stella are amazing!
Soooo good! They have rolled ice cream and liquid nitrogen ice cream. The liquid nitrogen ice cream was my favorite! Had the birthday cake one with a waffle. It was so creamy and delicious. Never had ice cream like this before. Very cool to look at the process. Can't wait to go back and try another flavor. They have lots of cool flavors, want to try the Nutella one next! Definitely need to check this place out if you love ice cream!
Great ice cream and friendly staff. I would recommend upgrading to better quality cups because they quickly become soggy if you don't eat fast enough.
The ice cream is delicious and the workers/owner were very nice and friendly! The place also has a nice atmosphere.
Whether you get it in liquid nitrogen or bubble waffle, this place makes ice cream fun! I went with my girlfriend and sister-in-law for the first time and it was empty, but it also was a Tuesday around 3 PM. We walked into a room with a man waiting for his order sitting on velvet purple couch and a group of little girls who were just in awe of the liquid nitrogen. (Don't understand how he resisted from watching it being made)That immediately sparked a conversation with them and their mom. I didn't know what I wanted to get so I had to consult. The two guys working that day , Santi and Miguel were just so welcoming and friendly. We took forever to order being that it was our first time, but they never made us feel rushed or annoyed by it or our questions. They even competed with each other on who did it the fastest and also who had the better looking ice cream rolls. It's definitely worth the wait with all the effort and time it takes to make them, but they absolutely had us entertained as well. We just had to leave them a nice tip! I don't have a picture as proof because we devoured it. I won't say it is the best ice cream I've ever had, but it was up there. It felt familiar and teleported me to Saturday afternoons as a child-just eating ice cream with my siblings and neighbors after running around all day. It was nostalgic and perfect. The place gives off great vibes, the concept is one of a kind in the area and he customer service is out of this world. Thank you Santi and Miguel. Keep up the good job guys! We will definitely be back.
Great ice cream
It was delicious
Great place to have rolled up ice cream. Lots of different options to choose from. Green matcha was sold out the night I was there so instead I got a nutty Stella. (Vanilla, strawberries, & Nutella) I would come back here! Don't be scared away if there's a line.
Walked in and was greeted by a line and mismatched decor. However, I did go in expecting there to be a line considering it was a Friday night and an order requires much more effort than just scooping ice cream from a tub. There were about 10 people in front of us and we waited ~20 minutes which wasn't bad.
Ordered #9 (vanilla ice cream w/ strawberries & Graham crackers) and #14 (green tea ice cream w/ strawberries and matcha powder). Both were delicious and not overly sweet! Owner and the employee that made our order were friendly.
Overall, great place for dessert. I believe an upgrade on the decor (the couch has got to go) would make it more inviting for customers. Other than that, I would definitely return to satisfy those ice cream cravings! The fact that the owner is very young and seemingly worked hard to become a business owner is quite impressive as well. Support this local business!
Really delicious! The staff is friendly and the place is cute. Also, the ice cream is not overly sweet
Love this place!!! So unique and tastes delicious! Congrats on the new spot!!! Will defend be back & most definitely recommend it!
Excellent service! Excellent ice cream! Reasonably priced! Great experience! One suggestion...offer smaller serving choices! Cant wait to come back!
BOOM 5 stars just like that!!!
How do you want your ice cream?
- Rolled Ice Cream (Fancy) $6
- Liquid Nitrogen (Ice Cream but Creamier) $7
- Pick one above and add a waffle thingy magig
And you get a choice of toppings too!! I believe the first 2 toppings are free...
I went on a Saturday and went back on Tuesday....you bet I did go again.
I got a rolled green matcha ice cream with NUTELLA!! Oh man....rolled ice cream is like watching Coldstone (the store not the wrestler) making the ice cream. It's fun to watch especially for the kids. And it was fantastic.
Second, I got Strawberry Nutella Vanilla Liquid Nitroge ... U order it to just watch it smoke up... So cool and sooooo good.... The strawberries end up frozen and the nutella still remains the texture as a topping so it's not mixed in....man it was delicious. I also snuck a piece of waffle from my husband...that was amazing!
And what amazed me more.... The owner saved his money starting at 18yr and opened his business at 22yr.... Big props to him!!
I believe the owner can decorate the place a bit better....maybe turn it more into a lounge/"chill" place and market more in the area.... I have no doubt he is going to make a killing this summer!!!
Love this place and plan to come back a 3rd....4th....5th.....lol.
Great parking and hours!!!
Oh and best part too ... They have a "TEMP MENU" so more flavors to taste in the future...loveeeee it!!
Ohh my goshhh! Ice cream heaven this was my first time having rolled ice cream, and I love the fact that I don't have to travel too far or go to the mall to get some. I ordered a nutty Stella: vanilla ice cream with strawberry and Nutella & it was delicious! The owner was very nice as well, he took my order and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will def be coming back
This place is really really good, I've had rolled up ice cream from a few places in the NY area & also in Boston and I have to say this place is definitely in my top 3!!!
Love this place. Owner is very nice been there a few times. One time he waited 10 mins after closing due to heavy traffic. Very polite when you arrive and make you feel at home. Would definetly recommend you to give them a try if you have a sweet tooth or just in the mood for icecream
Holy crow this place is AMAZING! Bought like 6 different flavored for my family tonight and they were all super delicious! Fresh fruit chopped up right in front of you ! The guy working the counter was super sweet and very patient as well as I sat there 10 minutes trying to pick flavors, so many good looking option I could barely decide!
I came here this past Thursday night with 10 crazy girls and some parents from my soccer team.. the 2 guys working that night did an AMAZING job taking and preparing our orders.. they explained the different menu items and customizations as well as the whole system to us! The ice cream was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back, and I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!
The white kid who works there is pretty handsome not gunna lie
First time there they made you feel like home ... they explained how it work and what toppings I can get and rolled up the ice cream and wow it was better then it looked !! Highly recommend
Go go go go.
You wont be disappointed!
Great flavors! Nice and local!
Owner is a good dude!
Excellent service and fun to watch too! Great variety of toppings and great vibe with awesome music. Cool long couch to lounge on. Went back tonight for my 2nd time and can't wait to go back again. Lots of parking and easy to find. Overall thumbs up to you guys.
I'm in love
This place is a hole in a wall. Picked strawberry ice cream with mashed bananas and brownie bites and Graham crackers. The ice cream was very good! You could taste how fresh it was. I wish they had pre made combinations to the menu since I always have a hard time choosing what would taste good together.
It's not the nicest place around but what matters is the quality of the product . I think they're starting from the bottom and going up , it's just a matter of time before they make enough money and renovate and expand. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my ice cream but it was worth every second . I just can't wait till they hire more people , add more freezers and can pump out more ice cream quicker .
Amazing ice cream made in front of your eyes! You create the flavor by choosing a base (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or mint), then choose add ins (cookies, cookie dough, fruit, ...) and then add toppings! So yummy!!
Came here on Saturday, place was kind of busy and service was still good. This place is new so they are still figuring out the logistics you can tell. Place kind of looks like they bought some furniture at a yard sale and put it in the shop but it gets the job done. In time i hope they fix the place up a bit nicer but for only being open 3 weeks its great. I love the concept of rolled ice cream and have been wanting to try this for a while now but never wanted to make the trip to NYC. This location is perfect and close to home which i can appreciate. The ingredients were fresh, prices were reasonable and the taste was amazing. Best of luck Freezing Point! i will be back
Came here to try this place out can't be going to 10 below all the time (tolls). The place itself has a blah decor but I didn't go there for that. When we walk in got greeted right away, the guy explain to us he can mix and change the flavors and ingredients. I ask for the Nutella banana which is number 1. My son ask for Cookie Monster.. love love love the iced cream is really good. Not need to go to the city anymore! Hopefully they stay open!
Highly recommend! Great ice cream and service. I don't usually write reviews but had to for this place!
Rolled ice cream seems to be the newest fad. I liked watching them make it in front of us. They really looked tired. Good selection of ice cream and toppings. Needs better spoons though since I almost broke mine a few times while trying to scoop out of the cup.
1. Very friendly
2. Interesting concept
3. Offers frozen yogurt
5. Well priced
5 reasons to go here! I'm so sick of those self serve frozen yogurt places. Finally something new and refreshing! Give it a shot!
Came here on a Saturday afternoon, there were about 10 people in the shop. It's a new business definitely family run. Everything is made fresh, and pretty fast even when they were busy.
They have tons of toppings to choose from, pretty good pricing too. ($6.50 including 1 fruit and 2 toppings)
Ok I'm impressed. I give these guys credit cause if I tried to make these creations you'd get a blob in a cup! Nice staff, great flavors to choose from and reasonably priced. Btw I love to veg out and eat ice cream so it was easy to hang here with a big couch and minions playin on the tv.
This is a one-of-a-kind ice cream spot in the area. They specialize in rolled ice cream, which makes it very unique compared to other local ice cream shops locally. It was my first time trying rolled ice cream and I have to say it won't be my last! The varieties of flavor get packed into every bite and the ice cream seems to stay cold longer. The service was great and the place has a few couches, low and high tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. The walls are decorated with chalk. I really like some of the clever names for the ice creams such as "It's Not Even My Bday" and "Nutty Ella". The pricing is fair and there is ample parking as they're in a small restaurant strip.
I'm such a fan of rolled ice cream.
The guy working here was very helpful.
Its a cute little location.
I picked the fruit battle combo and I loved it.
I do think $6 is a bit pricey but I love this treat!
Setting: A classic little ice cream shop which a twist. Children have used chalk to draw on the walls and there are tables restaurant style all over so you can enjoy your frozen rolls sitting as a group.
Food - The ice cream is spread out until it almost melted and then frozen on a board. It's is then rolled into 6 rolls and garnished. I added cake pieces to mine and chocolate sprinkles. It was amazing.
Worth a visit no matter what the weather.
I would've posted a picture but it tasted too good to stop and take a photo. Got a Nutty Ella. It was glorious!!
GREAT EXPERIENCE , THE ICE CREAM WAS AMAZING ALL DIFFERENT FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM...THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL ...
Tasty ice cream but strange atmosphere.
Best thing ever!!!
One of a kind taste
First time and won't be the last. Tastes amazing!
Delicious! Different from other ice cream places
Ice cream taste fresh and was so good . Just needs more employees
